The plants you have, that i can see are Anubias sp. Make sure their rhizome is not buried, You can achieve this by attaching the rhizome to rocks or wood using nylon.

thanks king i bought them from you and forgot their names. i attached them to driftwood and stones, not that tight. their roots are visible they are not hidden under stones i think its best that way. i have a question.

my red cherries were all eaten by my blue ramirezi. what other options i have instead of the shrimps to keep the plants clean and green?

If you intend to keep low light plants like Anubias, you will not have alot of algae problems, you can get either siamese algae eaters or otocinclus catfish, they are both good at cleaning algae.

Nerite snails are also good algae eaters, but they do tend to lay lots of eggs that do not hatch in freshwater. They are not easy to remove from the glass.

Actually nerite snails do not eat leaves. Mind you, some other snails do!
